-ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS
1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS – The present document contains the agreement and explains its terms of use. These Terms are referred to as “Terms and Conditions”. Next to these Terms and Conditions, you are bound by the Privacy Policy rules of the Erasmus Skills webservice.
2. Before registering on the Erasmus Skills web service as a User in order to use its services or when only using/visiting it you must read this document and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
3. The European University Foundation (EUF) is the data controller and it reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and will inform you about the changes by the means of a notice available on the service prior to the change becoming effective, yet we encourage you to review them regularly.
4. The Erasmus Skills project consortium, formed by the following partners: Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Gent University, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Erasmus Student Network, EUF and Expertise in Labour Mobility (ELM), can analyse the data in an anonymised and aggregated form, in accordance with these terms and conditions and privacy for the purpose of academic researches.
-ACCESS TO THE SERVICE
Users (students) set up their profile by filling in their data and agreeing on the terms and conditions. They receive a confirmation link by email and have to click on it to access their profile. After that they are able to consult and complete the BEFORE mobility and/or AFTER mobility questionnaire that will enable them to have a clear vision of their personal development goals and understand the evolution of the skills acquired in the context of mobility.
-LIABILITY
The EUF will not be liable for loss, damage or personal injury to any contributor nor to property or else caused or suffered in connection with this Erasmus Skills web service or any information gathered herein.
-OUR POLICY REGARDING CHILDREN
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to use the Erasmus Skills webservice. If you are under 13, please do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under the age of 13 may provide any personal information. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under the age of 13, please contact us at contact@uni-foundation.eu.
-LEGAL COMPLIANCE AND GOVERNING LAW
Any controversy concerning these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the European Union, complemented where necessary by the substantive laws of Luxembourg. In case any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the subject matter hereof cannot be settled amicably between the Contributors and EUF, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
